Upgraded clients - Your Internet Banking platform will be immediately upgraded.

How do you know if you are a non-upgraded client or upgraded client?

Clients who are non-upgraded

Your Internet Banking platform will not be immediately up-graded, if your profile has the following criteria and functionalities:

– If you are currently using Authorisation functionalities and or,
– You make use of secure batch upload and CSV.

You have been selected to form part of our managed upgrade process and your Relationship Manager will contact you in this regard. You will continue to use the existing Internet Banking platform. If you require new users or new accounts to be linked to your current Internet Banking Profile the upgrade process will be initiated immediately by your Relationship Manager.

Clients upgraded

Your Internet Banking platform will be upgraded if your current profile has the following criteria and functionalities:

– Single user and customer ID or,
